Howl
I saw the best minds of my generation float on by me with needle-heads pointing into a small area of their arms. Demons of hatred start coming out of their secluded world and decides to turn people into savage beasts. Among those who live with suffering from the hunger and desire of that green stuff we call money. Workers' of all white color walk on by each other feeling proud to be Americans, while using racism as a second language or emotion. Poverties try to live with their mistakes as much as possible before what madness they have consumes their every thought, making them try death as a first option to end life without guiltiness. Entering into a heart of pure salvation overwhelms those of Christianity while holding back their urges of creating sins. The effects of certain drugs becoming everyone's ways to freedom, existing in the homes' of our cherished loved ones, takes affect negatively. If we, the people, actually treat others' with more love and not disrespect, we would make friends a whole lot easier. We would make peace, not war. Everyone in this world or on this planet we call Earth needs life and love to live. We should know by now how hard it is to live in a world that is being run on bad economy, bad leadership, and lies, nothing but retched lies. Our generation has completely sabotaged a lot of history throughout the years. Even if we think what we are doing is correct, it's not. People need people, which is why we should be trying to help others. Not be who we are now. We...us....everyone in our generation have to build our lives with love, not hate. Cry, not destroy. Share, not kill. We have to let ourselves be what we were created for. Let us be humans, not animals. We are beasts on the inside, but we do have the knowledge to know what is right and wrong. We can control ourselves, unlike the wild. We need to change the life in which we are living in right now, to something that can be much better for our future. No matter how long it takes, no matter what time has to be used, no matter who pitches in, we should all know that what we are doing is the right thing for not only us, but for our world as well.
